Healthy Lifestyles


The healthy lifestyles and pupil well-being programme that Years 3,4,& 5 are taking part in is going very well so far and we plan to do a similar thing with Emerald class after half term. The programme is all about children taking responsibility for their own health and for developing a sense of responsibility and lifelong habits for healthy eating, keeping active and taking care of their mental health as well, such as managing relationships, stress and talking about their emotions, sharing and handling conflict. This is of course all part of our on-going PSHE curriculum.
