Problems regarding parking at the church

On the last day of term (as we will do this coming Friday) we often hold our assembly in the church and walk the children down. If we do not have enough walkers we cannot get there and if our parents park all along the road and don’t leave regular gaps rather than park in the pub car park as arranged – CHAOS ensues. This was the case before the holidays – Police were called, neighbours upset, traffic was dangerous and held up, tempers were frayed. Inside the church we were blissfully unaware of this but I have certainly been made so since! I urge you folks to park at the pub and come to school to help us walk your children safely down the road to church, please do not park along Rushmore Hill - it is not safe or fair.
